Good Morning, Darren. Yes,…I know. I got up and my Husband told me he was out there working at 7:00AM. WOW! We are not used to being treated with such respect, courtesy, AND good work! I’m sure you already know that Alex is a treasure to your company AND your customers, but I will tell you again anyway. That young man is a TREASURE! I went out and greeted him by saying, “Good Morning, Sunshine!” He smiled and said, “Good Morning”. Since we expected him to be here this afternoon, I jokingly said, “Is it afternoon already?” He laughed at me. In no time, the leak was repaired and the pool was back on. Great job! I like the way you do business and sending information and picture by Email is very nice.

I wanted to follow up and say the pool looks good after today's weekly cleaning!
The house was power washed and painted; so a bunch of dirt found its way into the pool, but our technician was thorough and spent the extra time removing the debris.
I certainly appreciate this and consider this above and beyond normal circumstantial cleaning.

Hiring this pool contractor made me realize how much I needed professional help. I thought I was taking good enough care of my pool. It wasn't the case when I saw how meticulous they were with the process.

This swimming pool contractor really made sure that I would be able to use the pool before summer came. I didn't think it would be possible because of the damage to the filter. But they made it work.

From Day 1 when we moved into our place, Jonathan was (and still is) the nicest guy out of all the service vendors we employ.... his patience when giving us instructions for switching around the filtration systems, advice for keeping the timer & the heater set at different times of the years and just his overall pleasant demeanor when he comes to do the regular maintenance on our pool systems makes it easy for us to love on this guy! I hope you value him as an employee as much as we value his friendship.

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback.
Thanks for sending your supervisor, Johnathan.
After he was here on Friday, the pool looked better on Saturday, and even better on Sunday.
By Monday morning, when it turned on, it was crystal clear and the pressure in the jets has DOUBLED and it's now back to normal.
The Phosphate Treatment worked Amazingly! The skimmer baskets aren't floating like they used too and I feel like the pressure in the pool is finally back to normal! Please tell him thank you!!!
